Friday 55 Flash Fiction

'Lovely,' said the workman as he took the mug.

'One sugar, wasn't it?' she smiled.

He nodded, sipped, spluttered and put the mug down.

'Must get on,' he muttered.

Back in the kitchen she saw the salt and knew what she'd done.

She made an appointment with the optician immediately.

I accidentally done this with my good friend and she swears I did it on purpose to stop her having soooo much sugar with her tea. I'm innocent . . I swear!
