Shadow Shot Sunday #72 agapanthus

I was very disappointed with my agapanthus this year. There were plenty of leaves but only one blue flower head and no white at all. I think I need to split them and replant them even though some are only a couple of years old. The plenteous leaves gave some pleasing shadows. Better luck next year perhaps.

Thank you Tracy at 'Hey Harriet' for creating and hosting this meme.

Well at least the leaves appear nice and healthy. And yes, they do create some lovely shadows!

Re comment on my blog - The office worker must have been on a 'comfort break' hehe. I hadn't considered that! If I worked by a waterfall I'd be needing to dash off for comfort breaks every few minutes ;)

Sorry your Agapanthus didn't produce blossoms this year but the shadows are lovely in this photo.
Hugs and blessings,

Well, it's still beautiful and green at least and makes for a great shadow shot!

Thank you folks - though I wonder if a macro shot of grass might have served just as well ;-)

My partner has an Agapanthus fetish. I wrote about it on my post 'Home for wayward Agapanthus'.

Thank you Jared. I enjoyed reading about Rick's love affair with agapanthus - I know how he feels.
