Relaxing . . .

Limbs entangled, bearing each other's weight, we sink into sleep.
Limp with warmth, not a twitch of a whisker or paw, nor any sound to accompany our dreams.
Soon The Maid will replace the throw and after their walk Jenna or Gus will muddy the clean cover with their damp fur. Until then we sleep, oblivious, together as we have always been.

  4. I love the idea of three kittens from one litter "together as they have always been," Janice. It's wonderful. And they do look more than comfortable together.
Lindy is asleep on the floor behind my chair. I wonder if I can get up without disturbing her so I can go have a nap. I'm just feeling all kinds of snoozey from looking at your photos.

  7. I love your cats. One of the strays that has "adopted" my daughter's house has become pregnant, I may take one of the babies home, late January or early February, if she has them in Ks yard and K cares for them.

  8. Hi Janice .. I could be a maid to those beauties .. they are staggeringly attractive! Such is life .. they have the wonders of the spots, so gloriously coloured and shaded ...

Lucky animals! Cheers and enjoy them .. and the two legged grandchild/ren ... I've forgotten - I know you're not into rugby team mode yet - just badminton perhaps .. Hilary
