I have small teapot that is chipped and cannot be used to make tea any more. Rather than throw it out I decided to use it for flowers.
Pansies, pinks and perennial geraniums make a pleasing display, to my eyes, anyway J

A great way to reuse the teapot and I for one think your color combo is very striking!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful arrangement Janice, and love the fact that you have used your teapot. I have a little elephant teapot and I broke its lid recently. I think I know what I am going to do with it now. Thank you for this lovely idea, and thank you for sharing these beautiful blooms with Today's Flowers.

Definitely a good use for this teapot, to hold such beauty.
ReplyDeletePerfect choices for that dear little tea pot! I do the same for creamers; just can't throw them out.
ReplyDeleteIs your garden still blooming?
Beautiful and creative way to recycle.
ReplyDeleteThat's great idea! Your bouquet of blooms look absolutely gorgeous in your cracked teapot!
ReplyDeleteThat's making good use of damaged goods. It would be hard to throw out such a decorative pot, (not to mention it might have sentimental value ... I imagine it brewed quite a few cups of tea over the years ...)
ReplyDeleteWonderful, the little teapot has a whole new life. The flowers are beautiful.
ReplyDeleteVery innovative way of doing things. You would enjoy more improvising and it saves time and money!
