Delusional

    You made me smile too... especially as I read a bit further down your lovely blog.

    Waitrose are only slightly better than Tesco. Their substitutions are OK, but they sometimes have a blindspot on quantities. You want one fennel bulb? Here's 1kg. Now what exactly do you do with 1kg fennel?
