A rare moment of togetherness

 A rare moment of togetherness

Jellicoe and Herschel are litter brothers, but spend more time batting each other than sleeping together.

They are Ocicats. Jellicoe is a Classic, now called an Aztec (!) and Herschel is a standard Ocicat.

We did have three brothers, but Isambard died very young after a strange and short respiratory disease.

  3. Well spotted! They are just respecting each other's personal space (and the band played believe it if you like)

  4. I remember them well when they arrived in your home and the dogs had to get used to these strange animals. Our first Arthur was one year old when I found him dead at the kitchen door ! I asked for an autopsy he had a heart attack and was only one year old !

  5. They are absolutely gorgeous!
I used to have two litter brothers too, they just tolerated each other, and only stuck together when there was mischief to be done :-) xxx

    1. Cats can change their allegiance so quickly.

  6. They are such handsome cats! We have one cat here, Charismatic Enigma SissyCat, who doesn't get along with any other cats since her Mikey died. Some just don't like other cats much, prefering people.

Thank you for joining Feline Friday!

  7. They are lovely. I am sorry about Isambard. Eric and Flynn were littermates and were inseparable.

    1. The sadness of that is when one is left behind after their littermate dies.

  9. I remember Isambard. I wonder if the others still remember and think about him? I had a toy like that and Angel loved it for about two days, then ignored it.

    1. Cats are funny with their toys. I think the humans are more excited about them than the cats.

  14. Such beautiful cats Osicats are. Thank goodness the illness did not affect all 3, as the loss of one is so hard on litter mates and humans.

  15. It is hard and we were fortunate that the other two weren't affected. .
