Heavenly!
Heavenly!
Our
garden is a concentration of perfume at present – jasmine, honeysuckle,
ceanothus, Sweet William and orchestrating it all the intensely sweet scent of
Philadelphus.
Summer has really burst forth now.
ReplyDeleteJust as you're awaiting autumn. which is another lovely season.
Delete. . . or is it winter?
ReplyDeleteThere are few naturally occurring "products" that raise the mood and repair any emotional difficulties. Your floral perfumes are one such substance.
ReplyDeleteThey certainly lift the spirit.
ReplyDeleteAhh, the gifts of nature. I love the fragrance lilac bushes.
ReplyDeleteSo do I, but our last lilac tree bit the dust a long time ago.
DeletePerfect perfumes. Nothing better than beautiful nature.
ReplyDeleteIt's lovely in the cool of the evening when the scents waft across the garden.
DeleteOops - that was meant to finish "but no appreciable scent".
ReplyDeleteIt looks as if your comment was cut off in its prime x
DeleteThat sounds lovely!
ReplyDeleteWe certainly appreciate it, but really there should be many more bees . . .
DeleteI am sure it looks beautiful but I am glad I can't smell it with my hayfever, the Jasmine especially.
ReplyDeleteHay fever is a pain, I'm told it's particularly bad this year,
DeleteStunning! xx
ReplyDeleteWe love them.
ReplyDeleteHi Janice - oh I can believe it ... even believe I can smell the perfumes from here - with a dose of sea-breeze! Cheers Hilary
ReplyDeleteSea breeze would be good right now x x
