It's all too easy to give into those pleading eyes. Ours try it on all the time, even immediately after I've fed them..
I think he needs to find a hideaway to eat his lunch, or bring enough to share.
Like the poor, the animals are always with us.

I was always taught that it's not polite to eat in front of company if you have nothing to offer them. Look at all those poor sad kitties and puppies just starving for a piece of that food, lol.

Even baby birds beg from their parents - survival instinct.
Was there much drool? Not from the cat though.
It was a very long time ago, but I expect there was a mild degree of drool.
