Camera Critters - Jackdaw

Occasionally Jackdaws visit our feeders. They remind me of the Pilgrim Fathers with their sombre attire and pale eyes.

They do seem somber and austere. I don't think I've ever seen a photo of one of these before.

I loved somber attire and pale eyes ... a most impressive looking bird. Wonderful! Thanks!

They're beautiful, but I agree with you about them being somber looking, yes.

What WONDERFUL photos of these interesting birds. I don't know that I've ever seen one before but I suspect Ms. Kitty would find them intriguing to watch. Fortunately she no longer HUNTS for birds being the well-fed adoptee that she is. She's 'featured' for Camera Critters at my other blog Sacred Ruminations this week ;--)
