NaNoWri Mo update

Just in case you’re interested (hee, hee!) I’m still banging out the words. The story is changing sentence by sentence and, as someone else said, the padding is spectacular!! I might even achieve 50,000 words by the end of November. I’m on 33,000 at present so a little behind the word count.

I must say I wonder how people with jobs ever manage to keep pace . . .

  1. Wow, way to go!
I did it once (before I had a computer or even thought of one) but several scenes consisted of the word "expand" in the margins. It was a rough draft, after all, not a finished ms.
Good for you, 33,000 is better than a kick in the head with a frozen boot, as I've heard some Albertans say (this Is "home on the range" after all).

  10. I'm impressed! And I've always been wondering how people who have jobs manage to keep a blog and make time to visit other people's blogs. Perhaps sleep is very overrated?

  11. sorry I have not been following, what story are you writing.

When I am motivated, I can tap away on the computer until the early hours, and I am so tired at work the next day.

  12. They keep pace by not doing their day-jobs at work!

Hope you meet your goal and rejoin your blog friends soon.
