Oooh, very pretty. We have some crocus' up as well. Mummy planted some lettuce seeds on Wednesday afternoon and by Saturday morning they were poking through the soil in their special boxes on the windowsill. I think the bunnies have a bit of a wait to enjoy a nibble on them though hee he
Your flowers are such a beautiful sight. Our temperatures are summer-like today and I have been puttering in my garden most of the day. I have a few daffodils that opened today.
I used crocuses for my subject for Wanda's Art Challenge. I found I like drawing their clean lines --not to mention their beautiful colors. I did them in a kind of magenta/purple. I wonder if I could get the colors so right if I did a gold one..
What beautiful flowers ! I wait so much for spring !! I saw today the first once coming out ! After a very stressing weekend with two hysterical parents (the baby was behaving very nicely) we are KO and that's a modest expression !
We won't be seeing either of these flowers for a while. The ground is still buried under about 2 feet of snow.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful little flowers, thank you for the glimpse of spring. It will be about three weeks before these blooms appear in my yard.

ReplyDeleteOh, how lovely! Our tiny flowers are pushing themselves to the surface here, too, and did not enjoy the bit of snow we had last night.
