Difficulty
I know that Blogger often throws a spanner in the works, not deliberately, I’m sure. Everyone has experienced occasions when comments have been relegated to spam, while others have had comments from years past magically reappear.
My current difficulty lies in uploading videos. I cannot now upload private or public videos. This is not an unheard-of problem. In Blogger’s ‘help’ section the question has been raised . . . and closed!
Has anyone else resolved this particular problem? We’ve been all round the houses with it . . .
Any videos I upload (download?) to my blog come from youtube. In the past, once only, I uploaded a very short video to you tube so that I could then download it to my blog. Perhaps you could try that method.
ReplyDeleteI had a heck of a time uploading a private video. I did have to upload it to You tube to finally be able to do it. Other than that, I am zero help, not being the technical sort.
ReplyDeleteSame as above. I upload Nobby's video to YouTube and from there have had no difficulty in embedding them in his posts.
ReplyDeleteBest of luck with finding a solution. I know not everyone is comfortable going via YouTube.

As others have said it only works for me if I upload mine to YouTube first.
ReplyDeleteCould try using a different browser. I can no longer comment using Firefox so have changed to Chrome.
ReplyDeleteNo problem for me at the moment but there has been in the past. You could try logging out, restarting your pc and logging back in.

ReplyDeleteI know someone has already mentioned this, but I have found a lot of issues resolved when I started using a different browser. I only did it because my computer died, though! The new one was a new start and I decided to go Chrome all the way. I hope that perhaps the uploading problem is a temporary one caused by something Blogger is "improving" and in a few days it will revert to what you're used to.
