Desirable location. Needs some refurbishment. Suit first-time buyer.
Bob sighed, How much longer could he carry on writing lies for a living?

  5. Made me chuckle...at an open house several months ago I wondered how that poor real estate agent could bear to show his face there: The house was just a dump! Lies, indeed!

  10. Oh, those real estate agents! How do they sleep at night?! I suppose they don't think they are being deceptive, just pointing out the positives in the property, no matter how bad it is!

    Hmm. Something in me is trying to think of a way to re-word it so that he can sell the house and still be honest. Trying to take care of his soul.
