Thank you Rebecca at 'The Dusty Cellar' for organising and hosting this lovely meme. Click here to see more blues.
Looking through Lightroom for something blue I stumbled across the following photographs. My eldest and youngest daughters will kill me! 'Oh, Mum . . . '
Bethan at Christmas, 1984. My mother made the dress and smock and the matching doll.
Bethan's birthday is four days after Christmas Day and here she is on her third birthday. The hobby horse was a favourite toy for many years, long after she was 'too big' for it.
Here's Gillian on her friend's moped with Bethan wearing a huge blue crash helmet!
cute post.
ReplyDeleteThose photos are lovely Janice. They are going to thank you one day.

Hi Jan, these photos are a treasure. You got that word right, my daughter would be upset (with a smile)if I post her kiddie photos.

ReplyDeleteI LOVE these family photos! I'm willing to try to protect you if your kids say they want to kill you. :)
ReplyDeleteNow why would they kill for those. They are adorable!
ReplyDeleteThese are very nice pictures. I know you have all of your best treasures there in that Lightroom.
ReplyDeleteHappy MidWeek Blues,

BTW, most of our early family pictures were lost when our house flooded way back before your daughters were born.

ReplyDeleteI have had trouble accessing your blog today. Four times in a row my browser froze and I had to reboot the computer. Didn't have that problem with anything else, just yours. I was finally able to get on this time but it took a long time to connect up. So that's why it took me so long to comment!
Precious blues! Love the matching dress and doll - what a wonderful idea.
ReplyDeleteThe huge helmet makes a photo worth smiling at.
I've tried commenting for a couple of weeks and your blog hangs up for me as well. Tonight I closed everything else and just let it take as long as it needed. It went through but usually Explorer needs to close. I suspect it's in one of your widgets perhaps.
I will come when I can cause I do like your blog.
Thank you folks!
