Microfiction Monday

‘Don’t look now but we’re being watched.’
‘How do you know?’
‘Look in your mirror. See?’
‘No. This polished bronze is rubbish.’
Thank you to Susan at 'Stony River' for creating and hosting this entertaining meme. To read more contributions please click here.

  1. Oh, good one! This is fun, isn't it? I'm so glad you've joined us! Have a great day and remember to laugh -- the best medicine there is!

  2. Love this, very good. I never thought of the mirrors as tools!
That's the fun of this meme!
    Have a good week!

  3. Now that was a fun read, and as for the bronze... perhaps it would give me a bit of a tan ;-) Nice job.

  4. Thanks, folks.
Sylvia, it is fun but sometimes I just run out of time. Yes, keep smiling - you know it makes sense ;-)
Peggy - weapons rather than tools??
    The Skald - LOL!!

  5. No doubt! LOL I won't even ask how her hair is staying that way because we know it's not Pantene Hairspray!

  6. Ooo, well done! Made me smile ;-) You Microfiction-memers are very clever writers.
Thanks for your frequent visits and comments. I really appreciate it. Big smile to you!

  7. This reminds me of when my kids used to play a game in the car when we were on the highway. They'd look back and look at each other and then call out, "they're following us!" The first time they did it I about had a heart attack but after that I'd just ignore them. It provoked gales of laughter for some reason.

  8. Thanks for stopping by this blog of mine.

    Devestation In Haiti

  9. reflecting surfaces can be tricky. loved this

  10. I love that your mirror doesn't work!

It's fun to see how many viewpoints one picture can bring to mind. Nice jog!

  11. Loved the creative take on this illustration!

  12. Very very clever my friend. I loved this one. I wonder if polished gold would have the same result? LOL Have a great week ahead :)
