The birds here have been waiting patiently to eat my mother's orchid buds, much to her aggravation. I wish these birds would confine themselves to berries and nuts, too.

ReplyDeleteHolly berries! When I was a toddler, I loved the two huge holly trees in front of my grandparents' house in New Westminster, BC. Someone was always having to grab me away from the prickly leaves.
