Paint effects

I have been admiring other people's
photographic editing ventures and thought I would try. For Frodo I used Photoshop Elements 5.0

Some of the effects I don't particularly like but I think that may be because of the subjects I've chosen to play around with (not any in this post) Ah well - time will tell!
